You may have read about it. It was in some of the papers.  California is facing its worst state budget crisis since, well, the last state budget crisis.

We have seen email from some campuses questioning whether there is enough time to process retroactive checks before the holidays.

Like CSUEU, the CSU has now determined that the Board of Trustees does not have to ratify the Tentative Agreement we just reached dealing with how the compensation dollars are to be spent for FY 2007. The good news is that it is very likely that CSUEU-represented employees will receive their retroactive pay BEFORE the December holidays!
