In the Organizing File Downloads page, I've added a folder for Your Files.
Every Chapter has flyers, posters, handouts, and other documents that work well for communication with your membership. You can now upload and share these files with other Chapters.
To use Your Files:
2. Click Organizing tab
3. Select File Downloads from the Table of Contents
4. Select the Your Files folder.
Uploading a file: Click the green plus sign icon at the top of the Document column (looks like:
). Select your file, click Update. At the second screen, enter a description. Then click Update one more time.
Want to receive an email every time a file is added or updated? Select the Your Files folder, then click on the top-most envelope icon (looks like:
) next to the word Uploaded. After you agree to be notified on changes, the icon changes an envelope with a blue plus sign. (This trick works on any folder or individual file!)
