To find the reports:
Click Organizing tag
Click File Downloads
Click CSEA Member Count Reports
Select your year
After clicking on the 2010 year, you can click the envelope icon at the header (to the right of the word "Uploaded") to get an automatic email when a new report is added to the 2010 folder.
