Committee Charge

Responsible for:

  1. Managing the affairs, policies, and activities of CSUEU between meetings of the CSUEU Board.
  2. Declaring emergency situations in order to take timely action not provided for in policy, securing majority confirmation from the CSUEU Board.
  3. Making emergency line-item adjustments to the CSUEU budget sub-categories between sessions of the CSUEU Board meetings.
  4. Developing chapter and affiliate executive officer policy.
