1. Overseeing the organizing programs;

2. Providing assistance and counseling to each campus in development of a campus organizing committee;

3. Developing, implementing, and evaluating an annual organizing program to increase and maintain membership on all bargaining units;

4. Seeking input from the chapters and bargaining unit councils for specific needs and issues;

5. Developing organizing training policy.
