This April 23 Los Angeles Times article references the many K-14 and higher education groups opposing Prop. 1A on the May 19 election ballot. CSUEU likewise opposes this proposition, which creates a spending cap, also known as a rainy day fund, that's destined to divert badly needed funds from CSU budgets for many years to come.
