- Protect Our Voice – Vote YES on Prop 50, Nov. 4 - Thank you to all who participated in the CSUEU hosted virtual Prop 50 townhall sessions last week. For those who couldn’t attend, here are the highlights:
The president’s allies are redrawing districts mid-decade to lock in power and keep cutting health care, childcare, and senior services. California’s response is the Election Rigging Response Act ( ERR Act), that will expire in 2030.
Prop 50 is our chance to push back.
- Protects fair representation so our communities aren’t silenced
✔ Keeps Congress accountable to working people, not billionaires
✔ Defends health care, family services, and worker protections
✔ Stands up against union-busting and mass federal layoffs
Bottom line: If California doesn’t act, vital care and services will be cut.
Let’s stand together and protect our future.
- Vote YES on Prop 50 – Nov. 4.

- Salary Steps: The Push Continues – We stopped state budget cuts and secured funding, but CSU still refuses to fully implement Steps. CSUEU is back at the bargaining table, demanding CSU use state loan funds for full Steps or a one-time wage increase.
Note: Salary Steps take effect Oct. 1 and any change will appear in your November paycheck.
Together, we win.
