- Members: Full contract bargaining with the CSU begins in January 2026, and your survey response is the first building block in shaping the protections and standards we all count on. The Bargaining Team needs clear guidance from every member so they can push back effectively when Management tries to limit our rights, wages, or working conditions. Taking the survey is step one, and the real power comes when we participate and stand together and act collectively to win the contract we deserve. Now is your time to let the bargaining team know what you want.
