A special CSUEU Board meeting will be held Monday to change the GC nomination deadline from Feb. 9 to Mar. 9. We aren’t getting enough nominations to fill all our delegate seats, and changing the deadline will give everyone enough time to send in nominations so we won’t need to have secondary elections.

 

TO THE CSUEU BOARD OF DIRECTORS:

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a Special Meeting of the Board of Directors of the California State University Employees Union has been called by President Gantt for 12 noon on Monday, February 9, 2009 by telephone conference call.
Program Specialist Dayna Ramos will be providing the telephone dial-in number and code shortly.

The agenda will be to suspend the rules and adopt an emergency amendment to the CSUEU Policy File revising the deadline date to accept General Council (GC) nominations from February 9 to March 9, so that CSUEU receives enough GC nominations to fill our projected GC delegate seats. A formal agenda will be e-mailed shortly.
