We have a tentative agreement with the CSU that covers the impacts of telecommuting on employees during the Covid-19 pandemic. Since the coronavirus outbreak last March, CSUEU has urged the University to work with us to develop systemwide policies that would help campuses implement more consistent standards and metrics as employees’ working conditions dramatically changed.
The tentative agreement on telecommuting, reached in late December, is the first systemwide negotiated agreement between CSUEU and the CSU related to the pandemic.
