1. Advising the Executive Committee and CSUEU Board on all matters relating to the ability of the CSUEU Affiliate to fund programs and objectives recommended and/or approved by the Executive Committee or the full CSUEU Board;

2. Preparing and presenting the affiliate budget;

3. Reviewing on an on-going basis the affiliate budget and making recommendations as appropriate;

4. Aiding the VP for Finance in performance of his/her duties

5. Recommending deferral of specific programs and objectives;

6. Recommending to the CSUEU Board on financial matters referred to the committee;

7. Recommending to the Executive Committee and CSUEU Board on policy sections which relate to the financial operation of the affiliate; and

8. Develop and implement training for affiliate chapter officers and treasurers.
