Responsible for:
1. The development and recommendation of communication policies, procedures, guidelines and materials, including but not limited to paper and electronic media.
2. Recommending methods for the distribution of mass electronic communications to CSUEU represented employees.
3. Producing at least three statewide newsletters to represented employees each year.
4. In collaboration with communications staff, developing communications training policy.
