Survey on In-Range Progression (IRP) Now Available

An In-Range Progression (IRP) is a provision of our CSUEU-CSU contract that provides a process for employees to move through their salary range as they assume additional or enhanced responsibilities and skills while still performing the greater part of their work within their current classification.

Contracting Out Recap

On June 7, 2012 the CSU Chancellor’s Office notified CSUEU that they intended to contract out bargaining unit work at San Diego State University. Today, we can report that the decision to contract out has been shelved and a new opportunity to cooperate is in sight.
