Bargaining Survey 2023 We have a path to power and it starts with members! While we won a strong two-year contract last year, steps were not implemented as recommended by the Mercer study. We have an opportunity to re-open the contract this year to seek an increase in wages and do what it takes to secure a more equitable salary structure for Support Staff. We kicked off the New Year with a series of Town Hall webinars this week to share CSUEU's Path to Power plan. Step 2 is to roll out a bargaining survey to assess members' priorities and commitment to winning in 2023. Please take time to complete the important survey . Some questions center on immediate versus long-term gains. Members' input will help guide the Bargaining Team's work in the coming months. We will bargain in good faith, engaging frequently with members to provide updates. Most importantly, we will organize support actions to show that CSUEU members are united in our demands. Deadline to submit survey is Jan. 30. A link to the survey in Spanish will be distributed next week.
